
This is a look at your comfort zone and how we can extend beyond that.
Comfort Zone can be anything which is familiar to us, being stuck in a traffic jam on the way to work, however frustrating, is our comfort zone; arguing with your husband/wife/boyfriend/girlfriend is in your comfort zone, being stressed about cold food, warm beer, dry sandwiches is your comfort zone, having fun with the family; anything that is familiar where you probably know what is going to happen next is your comfort zone.
Anything which takes us out of the familiar into areas where we might be affected by things outside our control is the Fear Zone where we probably require some confidence because we might be subject to others opinions or criticism. We find excuses not to go there, ‘Oh I can do that tomorrow/next week/year.
